The END-PROTOCOL keyword
Syntax
END-PROTOCOL <name>
Description
The END-PROTOCOL keyword finished a "nested" set of
ATTRIBUTE definitions which are all
for a particular PROTOCOL.

The name of the PROTOCOL.
The dictionary must have previously contained a matching BEGIN-PROTOCOL.
